Your access to and use of this Website, as well as the products and services available through it (collectively, “Services”), are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Services, you agree to all of the Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
We allow access to this Website on a temporary basis and reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be held liable if this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or the entire Website.
This Website may contain links to other websites (the “Linked Sites”) that are not operated by TCC. We have no control over the Linked Sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites is subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.

By using this website, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the policy, and warrant that all information you provide is accurate.
Prohibitions
Misuse of this Website is strictly prohibited. You must not:
- Commit or encourage a criminal offense;
- Transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or any other material that is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence, or in any way offensive or obscene;
- Hack into any aspect of the Service;
- Corrupt data;
- Cause annoyance to other users;
- Infringe upon the proprietary rights of any other person;
- Send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”;
- Attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website.
Breaching this provision will constitute a criminal offense. TCC will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or your downloading of any material posted on it or on any website linked to it.
Intellectual Property, Software and Content
The intellectual property rights to all software and content (including photographic images) provided to you on or through this website are owned by TCC or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. TCC and its licensors reserve all such rights. You may store, print, and display the content supplied solely for your personal use. Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product or service on, and are subject to, the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary depending on availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.
To contract with TCC, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. TCC retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If we accept your order, we will inform you by email and confirm the identity of the party you have contracted with. This is usually TCC, but in some cases may be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party, Trade Controls Compliance is not acting as an agent or principal, and the contract is made between you and that third party, subject to the terms of sale they supply you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are authorized to use the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All advertised prices are subject to such changes.
Our Contract
Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email that confirms receipt of your order. It’s important to note that this email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you an email confirming that the goods you ordered have been dispatched. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability
While we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will assume that the order has been canceled. If you cancel the order, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged additionally. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”.
Payment
After receiving your order, we will conduct a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited once authorization is received. The funds received from debiting your card will be considered as a deposit towards the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you receive the confirmation email that the payment has been made, the deposit will be utilized as consideration for the value of the goods listed in the confirmation email.
ALL ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS.
If you choose to cancel your Subscription Product, you will retain access to the Product until the end of your current billing period. Any credits or discounts provided by us in relation to the Service are entirely at our discretion.
To purchase a Subscription Product, you must provide complete and accurate personal information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and billing address. Our Privacy Policy explains how we may use information collected via the Site. Your ability to purchase Subscription Products may be subject to limits established by your credit card issuer. You must immediately notify us of any changes to your credit card information or home address. By using a credit or debit card to purchase any of the Products offered through the Site, you authorize us to charge the card periodically as specified on the applicable Subscription Product purchase path(s).
If a payment is not settled due to insufficient funds, expiration, or any other defect with the Payment Method, and you do not change your Payment Method information or cancel your account (see “Cancellation” below), your Subscription Product may be terminated with or without notice to you. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you certain transactional fees or other charges, such as foreign currency fees.
You may cancel your Subscription Product at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your billing period (whether annual or monthly). To cancel, go to the “My Account” page on the Trade Controls Compliance website and follow the cancellation instructions.
